Organizing and Courses Development

Planning may be the process of possessing a plan for accomplishing an objective. It includes defining the problem, establishing aims and placing action strategies to achieve these goals.

A well-planned plan provides a clear picture showing how to strategy the challenge in front of you and what procedures are necessary to resolve it. In addition, it helps to decrease the uncertainties that often occur as a result of unexpected events or changes in the environment.

Generally, you will find seven critical steps in the planning cycle: appealing stakeholders, performing a situational analysis/needs assessment, growing goals and objectives, developing an action plan, money and observe your spending, collecting info to determine effect, and checking progress to achievement of program desired goals.

Goals and objectives would be the most important part of your program, and they should be described in an appropriate method to ensure that they are achieved. These types of needs to be realistic, mutually agreed to and measurable.

The next phase is to identify the group for a method. This will help to concentrate the program in that audience’s needs and make this more likely regarding group to participate.

Finally, the program schedule should format a series of short-term, intermediate, and long-term results (Israel, 2001). These needs to be aligned considering the goals and objectives in the plan.

Relating people, just like volunteers, Advisory Councils, donors and other stakeholders inside the program organizing process is essential to effective Extension education. That involves most members and builds determination to the courses.
